HR Advisor required to work for a large Energy Trading organisation based in Middlesex on a 12 month contract!
To be effective in the role the post holder will need to have a good understanding of the mechanics of operating international HR processes in a large and complex business environment and therefore must have worked in an International Mobility advisor role previously. As many aspects of the day to day role involve problem solving our ideal candidate will also have a sound understanding of general HR processes, immigration, tax and social security and legislations potentially with experience of having worked as an HR generalist or in other HR specialisms. The role’s key focus is to provide dedicated client facing HR International Mobility services to Upstream assignees and designated businesses, for assignees into and out of the UK.
